Check For Updates

Select this command to check for Pro Tools ap-

plication and plug-in updates, either automati-

cally or manually. An internet connection is re-

quired to be able to check for updates.

If updates are available for Pro Tools or any

plug-ins, you are notified about what is avail-

able and how important the updates are for your

system. You can then visit the Avid website to

locate, download, and install the appropriate

updates for your Pro Tools system.

Select this command to display the Pro Tools

banner, which includes the version number of

your Pro Tools software.
