After these configuration changes are made, the user can assign a channel to a MOS item as

follows:

1. Changing the channel is done via menu commands or shortcut keys, not by typing in the

item-channel field. You can access the channel change feature in several ways:

• Select the “Assign Channel…” option from the Story drop-down menu

• Right-click in the form area of the story and select the “Assign Channel…” option

• Right-click in the MOS Production queue of the story and select the “Assign

Channel…” option

• Type Shift-ALT-C while the focus is on a line in the rundown queue

Any of these brings up a dialog box:

The channels entered into the MOS-MAP story will appear in the drop-down list. You

can either choose a channel from the list or type in a different channel.
